Back Acne May Behave Differently
One thing that some people do not realize is that back acne seems to behave a little differently than acne in other places. For example, what you eat does not seem to have as much of an affect on the back acne as it does on acne on the face. But, you might have acne on your face or other regions as well. These regions will be affected by diet. There is no conclusive evidence that diet as an affect on back acne. It might be a good idea to change your diet for a while to see if it makes a difference in you back acne. Watch out for sugar and fats. These may cause your body to increase oil production.
Bathing Schedule
Bathing is an often overlooked part of the solution for back acne. Bathing one time per day is good. Perhaps you should try bathing two times a day. You are told to wash your face twice daily.
Back Brush
Your back is a hard place to reach in the bath. You might want to try a loofah on a stick or a back brush. These will help you reach all of the places on your back. In addition it will help to remove loose dead skin cells and the oil that the acne bacteria loves to eat. But do not scrub too roughly. If you do, you will probably irritate the skin in those areas. You don’t want even more oil production on your back.

Exfoliation
Try a regular schedule of exfoliation. Exfoliation on the back is safer that it is on other areas of the body. The skin on your back is quite thick. Try different exfoliation products and see which one does the best job for you. It is recommended to try one and watch the results for a while before trying another. If you pick one that makes the problem worse, then discontinue its use.
